Stelzer & Co. 💙
One family. A few friends. One very important cause. And absolutely NO running. 😂
(Well… except Greg. Greg apparently missed that memo.)
On October 4th, Stelzer & Co. is hitting the 5KforJK course together to support Changing Parkinson’s. Most of us will be walking our way through 3.1 miles—because some of us are here for the cause, not the cardio. 😉
Our goal is $1,500, but the real goal is to come together, support one another, raise awareness, and help strengthen the Parkinson’s community.
Every dollar, every step, every mile—and every person cheering us on—helps.
Let’s keep moving together! 💙

We are participating in the 5KforJK Run/Walk supporting Changing Parkinson’s. The annual 5KforJK is a family-friendly event that brings together people living with Parkinson's, their loved ones, and the broader community.
Every year, 5KforJK has raised over $100,000 to fund programs that are truly changing lives:
Changing Parkinson's Wish Kits: Thoughtfully created by Parkinson's patients, for patients, these kits deliver comfort, connection, and hope.
pDNextSteps Gym: A dedicated space and thriving virtual community built around Parkinson's-focused fitness, because movement is medicine.
The Secret Life of Parkinson's Podcast: Amplifying the voices and stories of those living with Parkinson's, so no one feels alone in their journey.
Please consider supporting us this year with a gift to the 5KforJK. Our goal is to raise $1,500. The 5KforJK is the signature fundraising event of Changing Parkinson's, a nonprofit dedicated to helping Parkinson's patients live their best lives — lessening the fear of the disease through education, exercise, and community.
Every dollar raised, every mile walked or run, moves us closer to a stronger, more hopeful future — for patients, caregivers, families, and communities touched by Parkinson's.
Keep moving!
